What to Wear

There are so many activities to do and not enough clothes in your wardrobe. Here we take a little time to guide you through the clothing options we supply and what is best to wear doing what. Should you wear the same thing to a mediation class as to a Bikram class? What about running? Dancing? Wind Surfing?

We try to 'double up' as often as possible to ensure your wardrobe does not burst at its seams.

Here's a list of what the best things to wear are for different activities.

GIRLS
Beach sports

Side string shorts are a favourite. Any of the short tops or long tops depending on how much you want to tan

Remember the suncream!

Cycling

The cycling cross back top was made for this. A shorter top is the butterfly top

For the bottoms, any of the capris are perfect. Cycling shorts to come...

Dance

Side string capris and vest tank tops are a favourite. Why not wear a vest top in one colour under a vest tank top?

Gym workout

The capris and ballerina pants and cross back tops were made for keeping cool and freedom of movement

Remember always, always wear a quality sports bra! It is a small investment for a lifetime of support

Hiking

The capris and cross back tops are perfect. Allow freedom of movement while keeping you cool. Again if you want to wear a short top try the cycling cross back top or double butterfly top

And remember again to wear that sports bra!

Hot Yoga

The less the better!
Side string shorts, fold over shorts, and any of the short tops

If you prefer a bit more coverage then the capris and longer tops are perfect as well

Meditation

Any of the long tops and capris or ballerina pants are perfect to help you relax.

Make sure you have a nice warm blanket to keep you warm!

Pilates

Any of the capris and ballerina pants are perfect for pilates

On the top, if you want a bit more coverage go for the cross back tank or the vest tank top

If you want a short top, the cycling cross back, zest top and double butterfly top are great

Power Yoga

Capris, shorts and long tops. You’re going to sweat but not as much as in hot yoga, so the snug fit of Shakti is perfect

Running

Ballerina capris or ballerina pants are perfect. A snug fit which keeps the body cool

On your top, if you want a short top we would recommend the cycling cross back or double butterfly top

Again make sure you wear a sports bra!

Swimming

Want a bit more coverage? Try the side string shorts with adjustable lengths and a vest top? Comfort and style all in one

Windsurfing/surfing

Side string shorts and vest tops or romantic vest tops, especially in the patterns. Perfect for the water, looks like a bikini top with boy shorts for extra coverage plus you don’t need to worry about your top coming undone as there are not ties!

Remember to use good suncream, and lots of it!

 

BOYS
Hot Yoga

The trunks or the cycling shorts are perfect as they were made especially for the heat.. are you brave enough?

Power Yoga The capris give you more coverage than the Bikram shorts, just as good in all other ways. A favourite among the teaching community
