What To Wear

There are so many activities to do and not enough clothes in your wardrobe. Here we take a little time to guide you through the clothing options we supply and what is best to wear doing what. Should you wear the same thing to a mediation class as to a Bikram class? What about running? Dancing? Wind Surfing? We try to 'double up' as often as possible to ensure your wardrobe does not burst at its seams. Here's a list of what the best things to wear are for different activities.

GIRLS
Beach sports Shakti Side string shorts and Shakti vest tops or romantic vest tops, especially in the patterns. Perfect for the water, looks like a bikini top with boy shorts for extra coverage plus you don’t need to worry about your top coming undone as there are not ties! Remember to use good suncream, and lots of it!
Before and after exercise Slip on the Shakti loose pants or Shakti pocket pants over your yoga kit coupled with a cool pocket or loop dress.  The be present mobility, agility, versatility and every day pants are also great and can also be worn during your work out. If you are into earth friendly fabrics, check out the bamboo lounge pants, very flattering and comfortable and friendly to the environment.  Any of the be present tanks and Tees are also great. Perfect to wear to lunch or for a healthy chai latte after class with friends
Chilling out Why not chill out in comfort in the Shakti leisurewear range and or anything from the full be present range. Perfect for relaxing at home on a Sunday afternoon and travelling in – you’ll arrive at your destination with out looking crumpled nad it’s a much better look than baggy track suit bottoms and definitely more comfortable thanm skinny jeans.

Gym workout The capris and ballerina pants along with either a cross back tank top or cycling cross back top were made for keeping cool and freedom of movement Remember always, always wear a quality sports bra! It is a small investment for a lifetime of support
Hatha Yoga The be present mobility, agility pants and Shakti ballerina pants are perfect allowing freedom of movement. Couple with any of the be present or Shakti tank tops
Hiking The be present agility, mobility pants are great for hikes and walks. If you prefer something shorter in the leg try the be present kona pants. For a tighter fit that still wicks away the sweat try the be present supplex pant and the Shakti ballerina capri. Top wise, the be present renew ribbed Chakra tanks are great, colourful and environmentally friendly. The Shakti Cross back tank tops are also great and give you that extra bit of support. And remember again to wear that sports bra!

Both the Shakti capris and the be present trousers move with your body and wick the sweat away to keep you cool. Top wise you have so much choice! Running The Shakti classic capri and logo capris are the best fit with a simple waist band and a snug fit around the knees which we know you runners need. On your top, why not try one of the be present Chakra tanks which allow don’t have a built in bra so you can wear a sports bra underneath. Again make sure you wear a sports bra!
Swimming Want a bit more coverage? Try the Shakti side string shorts with adjustable lengths and a Shakti vest top? Comfort and style all in one. Great for sun bathing as well!
BOYS
Before and after exercise We think that be present has the best range for this. Wrap up in the be present organic fleece zip-front hoodie or bamboo hoodie and team it with any of the be present pants.
