Deliveries
We endeavour to process your order within 48 hours of receipt.
UK orders automatically incur a £3.50 postage and packaging fee. We always send items via registered first class post so you get your goodies within a day or two. However please note that registered first class post can take up to 5 days sometimes (according to the post office). We are not responsible for any delays caused by the post office and will notify you if your order may be held up by strike action.
Registered first class post allows means that a signature is required on receipt of the delivery. If no one is home to sign for your goodies, a card will be left by your post man/woman. Please contact the number on the card to schedule a redelivery or collection from your sorting office. If you do not collect your item within 2 weeks, the sorting office will send the parcel to the clearing office to be opened before it is returned to us.
Live outside of the UK? Not a problem, the postage charge will be dependent on the location and the item being sent, please email us to check.
We work hard to try and minimise the environmental impact of our business, this includes how we get your stuff to you. Our postage bags are made from recycled plastic and we only use biodegradable bubble wrap for the bottles. Please do reuse the packaging we sent or send it back to us if you like, we definitely will reuse it!
